Corny Country Corn Bread

Quantity: makes 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal 1 cup flour
4 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk 2 eggs
1/3 cup margarine, melted 1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon rosemary 1 10 oz. can cream style
corn
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix dry ingredients. Add combined milk, eggs, margarine and
honey, mixing just until moistened.
Pour into well-greased 9 or 10 inch skillet.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in
center comes out clean.
Comments:
Serve warm with butter.
Variation: Bake in a 8-inch square pan.
